Elemental Healing offers herbal medicine and nutritional consulting services in Portland, Oregon. Offering customized clinical intakes assessing a client's individual needs. Each plan may involve a unique herbal protocol to help support health related concerns as well as general overall wellness. In addition, Elemental Healing also offers holistic nutritional plans with an emphasis on using food as medicine. One hour initial intake $100
Half hour follow up $60
Sliding scale options are available!All appointments can take place in person at our office or online through Zoom.I can work with clients individually or in conjunction with their specific team of health care professionals to augment a more extensive protocol. As an herbalist and nutritionist, it is important to understand by law that I can not diagnose, prescribe, or treat an illness. Therefore it can be beneficial to those who have serious health conditions to coordinate with physicians to establish a treatment plan.

Greetings! I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Erika Ginter and the owner of Elemental Healing. I am a Community Folk Herbalist and Clinical Nutritionist. I started my journey in the healing arts through an herbal apprenticeship program which then lead to further studies with various herbal medicine schools throughout the Pacific Northwest where I was educated in ecology, botany, foraging, ethical wildcrafting, herbal growing, herbal medicine knowledge, and formulating. This lead to a deep reverence for herbal folk traditions and I have spent the last decade researching and applying this knowledge. I also work with plant spirit medicine as a way to access emotional, intuitive, and spiritual connections with plant allies.My love of plants grew into a desire to explore different health modalities including using food as medince, and I received my Masters in Clinical Nutrition with an emphasis on holistic healthcare. Integrating both herbal and nutritional disciplines allows me to have a deeper understanding of how to support overall wellbeing, including physiological, emotional, and spiritual health.In addition to running Elemental Healing, I also own Elemental Tonics, a herbal products line specializing in Old World Herbal Tonics. These are creatively inspired food-herb formulations drawing from folk traditions, and unique artistically blended variations. The mission behind Elemental Tonics is to promote herbal medicine at a grassroots level, and low market prices because herbalism is the medicine of the People and should be accessible to All!Sustainability is a core principle in the mission of these two buisness models. The emphasis is focused on all organic herbs grown on my property, ethically wildcrafted, or sourced from local organic growers. My goal currently is to open my own herbal apothocary using this model.Additonally, I also serve as a community herbalist for a local non-profit creating medicine gardens, developing a sustainability model to produce a line of herbal products grown and produced on site, as well as an apothecary.Please feel free to contact me with any suggestions, questions, or interest in herbal or nutritional consulting as well as my product line.
